How to Read Raeden’s AI Data Center Site Plans

The site plans for Raeden’s proposed AI data center are on the City of Colorado Springs’ website. This is how you can view them:

  1. Follow this link to the City of Colorado Springs’ page for Permits, Licenses and Records. You’ll be required to make an account in order to view the documents.

  2. Once logged in, type “DEPN-26-0039” into the search bar for existing records.

  3. Select the record with the matching record number. It should be the one that’s called “Corporate Ridge Filing No. 1 Lot 4.”

  4. Click the “Record Info” dropdown menu and select “Attachments.”

If you’ve succeeded in following the steps above, you should be at a page with all submitted documentation thus far for the proposed data center.

No matter what is said at the meeting by Raeden representatives at the May 14th meeting, these documents are the source of truth regarding their intentions in Colorado Springs. Plus if appealing will be needed in the future, these documents will play a significant role in the process. Appeals are rooted in what may have been misinterpreted, misrepresented, or what was not considered during the approval process.
