Upcoming AI Data Center Meeting Hosted by the Developer.

Raeden, the developer of the proposed AI data center, is hosting a meeting where community members can attend, learn more about the project, and ask questions.

• Time: 5:30-7:30 p.m.

• Location: Colorado Springs Marriott, (5580 Tech Center Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80919)

It’s crucial that we as a community come to this meeting and oppose this data center. City of Colorado Springs representatives will also be in attendance and it’s important that they see how many of us object.

Daniel Sexton, LUR/DRE Planning Manager, will be administering the project review of this data center. Residents may ask questions and share their comments and concerns about the project directly by calling 719-385-5366 or emailing Daniel.Sexton@ColoradoSprings.gov. We recommend sending him an email or calling him to have a comment on public record. This can help demonstrate the community’s objections to this project as well as help for eligibility in appealing if this project gets approved (more to come on this later).
